ONLINE RESERVATIONS:​

​We partner with Airbnb for easy online reservations. 

Airbnb charges guests a service fee of the subtotal depending on the reservation details. This fee is set by Airbnb, added at checkout, and covers their platform services. 

You’ll see Airbnb’s fees and taxes clearly itemized before confirming your booking.

BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH THE LODGE:

​The total amount, including taxes and fees, is due at the time of your reservation.

Lodging Tax: An 8% lodging tax applies to the base rate.

Lodging Service Fee: A 3.5% lodging fee is added to the base rate to cover processing & operational costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Direct booking reservations are fully refundable if canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.

For cancellations when booking through Airbnb, please refer to the Airbnb platform’s cancellation policy specific to your reservation.
